Footpath 4, Burnham-on-Crouch Temporary closure
(Temporary Prohibition of Use Order 2018)
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 3rd July 2019.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 4, Burnham-on-Crouch in the Borough of Maldon, from its junction with Creeksea Lane south east for a distance of approximately 370 metres.
The alternative route will be via Creeksea Lane, B1010 Maldon Road, Springfield Road, Footpath 4 and vice versa.
The closure commenced on 3rd July 2018 and is required for the safety of the public while the upgrading of Footpath 4 is undertaken.
