Local resident Tony Rashbrook has had a long and fascinating life, mainly in Burnham.

Priors Boatyard, the First World War, the Yacht Clubs, J Class helmsmen, Che Guevara, the 1953 Floods, Dunkirk Little Ships, the Second World War – bombs, A B17 crash on Kitt’s Hill, a Spitfire crash at Creeksea, incendiary bombs around Burnham, plus V2 rockets and a bomb in Chelmsford.
